User Data Deletion Policy

1. Data Collected & Stored

Depending on your usage of our platform, we store your name, email address, password hash, course progress, AI automation post configurations, and linked social page tokens (such as Facebook Page access tokens).

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and data through either of the following methods:

• Method 1 (Self-Service Disconnect): Go to your Creator Settings or Alerts & Bots Settings and disconnect your connected Facebook Pages or Telegram Bot at any time. This permanently deletes your access tokens from our database immediately.
• Method 2 (Full Account Erasure): Send an email to hello@montizera.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address.

3. Facebook / Meta App Data Deletion Callback

If you linked your account via Facebook Login, our platform implements Meta's automated data deletion callback. When you remove our app from your Facebook Settings, Facebook sends an automated callback to our server, which immediately deletes your user ID, Facebook access tokens, and associated automation logs.

4. Retention & Verification

Once requested, your account and all associated data are permanently purged from our active databases within 48 to 72 hours. Confirmation of deletion will be sent to your email address.
